Ingredients

 

  • 1kg Tiffany’s Choco Cake (cocoa cake mix)
  • 350g oil FAMA Choice
  • 300g water
  • 75g Emulgan improver

Directions

Add all ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix with the flat beater at low speed for 1 minute and then at medium speed for 4-5 minute. Cut the dough into round disks with a pastry bag fitted with a plain round tip and place on a metal sheet lined with baking paper; bake in a pre-heated hot air oven at 160°C for 7-8 minutes.
