Ingredients

  • 1000g Top Chef flavor gel  (Banana-Pomegranate-Pineapple-Strawberry-Cherry-Honey)
  • 5000g Water
  • 200g Gelatin leaves

Directions

 

Boil half the water and pour the mixture into the gel. Remove from heat and pour the softened gelatin. Stir well and pour the rest of the water cold. Leave in the refrigerator to cool and serve in silicone molds for ice cream sticks and place the corresponding fresh fruit inside.

 

TIP: To keep the fruit in the middle in ice cream sticks, we serve half a gel, fry for a while in the fridge, place the fruit and close with the remaining gel. Finally, freeze them for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
