Ingredients

 

  • 500g oil FAMA Choice
  • 500g FAMA Soft G margarine
  • 190g sugar
  • 25g salt
  • 1120g luxury flour (or T55%)
  • 1120g soft flour 70%
  • 75g fresh yeast
  • 250g water

Directions

Knead all the ingredients in the dough kneader at low speed until the mixture becomes a dough. Let the dough rest and then shape it into sticks. Dampen sticks but make sure to remove any excess water. Then, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and place them on metal sheets. Bake in a pre-heated rack oven at 220°C (high) and at 180°C (low) for 18-20 minutes or in a pre-heated hot air oven at 160-170°C for approximately 15 minutes.

If you wish, you can add Formagioro (for cheesy flavor) or Sauce Mediterranea (for tomato flavor); make sure these ingredients account for 5% of the weight of the dough.
