Ingredients

 

  • 800g FAMA butter 82%
  • 800g FAMA Soft G+ margarine
  • 1150g refined sugar
  • 850g brown sugar
  • 30g salt
  • 650g eggs
  • 2,2kg flour soft 70%
  • 700g finely chopped nuts
  • 600g FAMA brown flakes
  • 2g FAMA vanillin

Directions

Add the first five ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix using the flat beater, until fluffy. Then add the eggs one at a time. Add the flour and before it is fully combined in the mixture add walnuts and chocolate drops as well; combine all ingredients. Roll the dough into round shapes with a pastry bag fitted with a plain round tip on a metal sheet, which you have lined with baking paper and bake in a pre-heated hot air oven at 160-170°C for 15 minutes.
