Ingredients

  • 1000g Vanilla Dream Cake (Vanilla Cream Cake  Mix)
  • 350g whole eggs
  • 300g of FAMA Fritto oil
  • 225g of water

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the mixer bin and steer them with the feather for 1 minute at the slow speed until the dough is homogenized. Clean the bucket walls with a spatula and steer at medium speed for 4-5 minutes. Put the dough in molds and bake in a preheated oven at 160 - 170oC for about 35-45 minutes (depending on your oven). Mounting Place the cake on a tray of your choice. Garnish with Gregal Chocolate chocolate coating and place Crema Classic Pistachio (Fa-Nu-Tic) on top with a pastry bag and mix with a toothpick slightly.
