  • 2500g Water

 

Directions

Having prepared puff pastries, open it in the puff machine at a thickness of 3mm.

We prune it all over the surface and bake in a preheated air oven at 180-190 ° C for about 20-25 '(depending on the oven).

Beat the Primo Milleuifeuille Cream with the water in the mixer, with wire, at fast speed, for 3-4 '.

After the puff pastry gets cold, we cut it to the size we want. With a confectionary bag, place the cream on the puff pastry sheet creating balls. Then we overlay with Forest fruits gel fruigel and fresh fruit. Similarly to the next sheet which we place on top of the first one. Finally, we can throw grated puff pastry or another sheet with Primo Milleuifeuille Cream and forest fruits.
