Ingredients

 

  • 180g oil FAMA Choice
  • 200g petimezi (grape molasses)
  • 70g Emulgan improver
  • 100g glucose syrup
  • 250g sugar
  • 50g grape must
  • 800g flour soft 70%
  • 15g FAMA Baking Powder
  • 12g cinnamon powder
  • 20g cocoa

Directions

Add the oil FAMA Choice, the petimezi, the Emulgan, the glucose syrup, the sugar and the grape must to the mixer bowl and mix with the whisk until the sugar is melted. Stir the rest of the ingredients together and then add them to the mixer bowl while mixing with the flat beater until well-combined. Shape the dough into rings and  place them on a metal sheet, which you have lined with baking paper. Cover the metal sheet with aluminum foil or place another metal sheet on top and bake in a pre-heated hot air oven at 160°C for 11-12 minutes.
