Ingredients

 

  • 1,5kg Imperial Soft margarine
  • 1120g caster sugar
  • 1350g Crema Classic Peanut (Fa-Nu-Tic)
  • 135g honey (or glucose syrup)
  • 15 eggs
  • 2650g plain flour
  • 30g Baking Powder FAMA (or 20g baking soda)
  • 3g vanillin FAMA
  • 750g nibbed peanuts

Directions

Add the Imperial Soft margarine with the sugar in the mixing bowl and mix them with flat beater until fluffy. Add cream Crema Classic Peanut (Fa-Nu-Tic) and honey and keep up with the mixing until fluffy. Then add the eggs one by one and finally mix the rest ingredients together and incorporate them to the mixture finely. Cut the dough into the desired shapes using a piping bag and bake in a pre-heated hot air oven at 170οC for about 15 minutes.

You can lay Caramel paste over the biscuits and cover them with Nera Plus compound chocolate.
