Ingredients

• 500g Dairy cream Lowicz 36%

• 500g Premium compound chocolate Zafiro Bitter

 

Directions

Boil the dairy cream Lowicz 36% and pour over premium compound chocolate Zafiro Bitter. Mix with handblender and let it cool.

 

MOULDING AND DECORATION

 

Do the truffles with Zafiro ganache and coat with premium compound chocolate Zafiro Bitter.  Sprinkle the truffles with Cacao Blanxart 22/24.
