Although it does not contain any fat it confers the same creaminess and spreadability of a gelato rich in fats, thanks to the presence in a minimum percentage of a protein seaweed. It does not contain any product of animal origin, it is rich in fibers and it is sucrose free for the realization of a low glycemic gelato.
