Successfully completed the first of FAMA FOOD SERVICE confectionery and bakery seminar held at the company's Research and Development Center in Sindou district. The acclaimed chef Denis Leleu, the Belgian company Couplet Sugars, company specialized in sugar products, presented a variety of applications for the innovative product fudge powder. Attendees were impressed with the simplicity of use and variety of preparations showed the chef having as basis the fondant in powder. In the end everyone left happy and fitted with a new original and innovative ideas which will make them more competitive.
