FAMA Food Service, Big Sponsor, Career Day Hotel of Xenia Hlios Public institution
FAMA Food Service was the Grand Sponsor of Career Day, organized on February 28th by the Otek Hotel Xenia Hlios School of Cooking and Confectionery together with the Tourism Ministry and the Hotel Association of Thessaloniki, Halkidiki and Pieria. In a magnificent event, where the school's activities were presented, the students of the school had the opportunity to communicate with hotel managers in order to begin their practical training. FAMA Food Service invests and is always next to the new generation of bread makers and cooks, making sure that the students' knowledge is enhanced and enriched with theoretical and practical presentations on new techniques and recipes so that they are competitive and ready for the new journey of their lives which will change their future in the wonderful world of Cooking and Artisanal Arts.
