FAMA Food Service, after the highly successful last year, continues this year dynamically with a new round of seminars and presentations all over Greece. The renowned team of FAMA Food Service technicians in collaboration with successful Chefs abroad will be next to you presenting original recipes that are in line with Greek and International trends and are aimed at modern professionals and aim to help them to develop their techniques, to upgrade the quality of the products they offer in their stores and to make them the most competitive ones. More specifically, Bakery Day is scheduled for Wednesday, October 17th, with the participation of the experienced chef of ULDO Backmittel, Kuba Wojnarski, where professionals will have the opportunity to learn new recipes with the company's Health and Clean Label bakery mixes. In November, on Wednesday 7th, we are pleased to announce on the best way the beginning of our collaboration with Spanish chocolate company Norte Eurocao, where renowned chef Andreu Perez Galindo will introduce professionals to the magical world of chocolate while the demonstration program will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 28th, where our chefs will present unique Christmas creations.
