FAMA Food Service supports the new generation of Artisanal students participating in the day of seminars in the Tourism and Food Sector that took place on Friday, March 23 at the Paster Group's premises in the center of Thessaloniki. A well organized day of seminars by the Paster Group gave the students of the department the opportunity to attend seminars of high interest from renowned professionals in the field. The pastry chef of Konstantinos Organizis, co-sponsored the students of the school, presenting techniques for decorating sweets for patisseries. After the theoretical approach of the seminar, the tasting of the preparations followed, with the final result to excite the attendees. FAMA Food Service actively supports the training of students in the Artisanal Processing Industry on new techniques so that they are competitive and ready to travel to the wonderful world of Artisanal Art!
