Ingredients

 

  • 300g Bechamela Feta (béchamel mix with feta cheese flavor)
  • 900g water
  • 700g feta cheese
  • 600g anthotyro cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 40r green peppers
  • 25g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 25g pitted olives
  • 1g black pepper
  • 1/2g oregano

Directions

Add Bechamela Feta and water to the mixer bowl and mix with the flat beater until a homogeneous cream is formed. Add the rest of the ingredients while mixing at low speed, until they are well incorporated in the cream.
