Feta cheese stuffing
Ingredients
- 300g Bechamela Feta (béchamel mix with feta cheese flavor)
- 900g water
- 700g feta cheese
- 600g anthotyro cheese
- 2 eggs
- 40r green peppers
- 25g sun-dried tomatoes
- 25g pitted olives
- 1g black pepper
- 1/2g oregano
Directions
Add Bechamela Feta and water to the mixer bowl and mix with the flat beater until a homogeneous cream is formed. Add the rest of the ingredients while mixing at low speed, until they are well incorporated in the cream.
