Sablé dough (recipe for fasting)
Ingredients
- 200g FAMA Imperial margarine
- 425g FAMA Soft G margarine
- 1kg soft flour 70%
- 1-2g FAMA vanillin
Directions
Combine icing sugar, FAMA Soft G margarine and FAMA Imperial margarine in the mixer using the flat beater. Then, add the flour and the vanillin and combine them to the mixture as well. Give the dough the desired shape (either with a baking sheet or by hand) and bake in a pre-heated hot air oven at 160°C for 12-15 minutes or in a rack oven at 200°C (high) and at 170°C (low) for 20 minutes.
If you wish you can add cinnamon or cocoa or FAMA fruigel orange Cubes or FAMA flakes or nuts.375g icing sugar
