FAMA Food Service supports the new generation of Artizanals students by participating in the Week of Seminars in the Tourism and Catering Sector organized by the Paster Group at its premises in the center of Thessaloniki. A well-organized day of seminars by the Paster Group gave the students of the department the opportunity to attend a seminar on Tuesday, March 26, dedicated to the presentation of the hotel's breakfast buffet. Our pastry chef, Stamatis Tzigκas, with the help of the products of the top chef and primo posto series, managed to excite the students who flooded the seminar, presenting the unique ideas and original creations for the presentation of a hotel buffet or restaurant. Following the theoretical approach of the seminar, the tasting of the preparations followed, with the final result to excite the attendees. FAMA Food Service favors the training of students on new techniques so that they are competitive and ready to travel to the wonderful world of Artisanal art!
