Ingredients

For hazelnut cake

  • 1000g Primo Hazelnut Cake (hazelnut cake mix)
  • 460g Water
  • 280g Sunflower Oil FAMA Sunshine

 

For the filling

  • 900g Crema Classic Nocciolissimo (8% hazelnut)

 

For the decoration

  • Roasted hazelnuts

 

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the mixer tray and beat for 2-3 minutes at medium speed. Divide the dough into molds of our choice. Bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes depending on the oven. Allow to cool, cut each piece in half and fill with Crema Classic Nocciolissimo with a pastry bag. Put the second piece on top and decorate with a little Crema Classic Nocciolissimo and a hazelnut.
