Jogging Tortillas
Ingredients
For the dough :
• 800g Flour 70% strong
• 400g Jogging Bread Uldo (Bread of Champions and Modern Diet)
• 24g Baking Powder FAMA
• 200g FAMA Fritto oil
• 680g Water
For the filling :
• Cooked chicken (cut into sticks)
• Cabbage (finely chopped)
• Pepper Florina (finely chopped)
• Corn
• Oregano
• Salt
• Pepper
• Sauce Mediterranea FAMA (Mediterranean instant sauce)
Directions
Kneading: 3' at slow speed and 6-7' at fast speed.
Resting yeast 1: 20' covered with cloth.
Dough Formation: Open the 2 mm millet cutter and cut with a 22 cm diameter hoop.
Baking: Directly to the baking pan or on hot sheet.
Baking time: 1' on each side.
Oven temperature: 220 ° C
TIP: They can be kept in a membrane for a few days.
