Ingredients

 

  • 500g FAMA Soft G margarine
  • 500g icing sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 875g flour soft 70%

Directions

Add the FAMA Soft G margarine to the mixer bowl and mix with the flat beater until the mixture becomes fluffy and airy. Then slowly add the eggs and the flour that you have sifted beforehand and mix until the mixture is well-combined. Cut the dough into the desired shapes using a pastry bag fitted with a toothed tip and bake in a pre-head hot air oven at 160°C for 10-12 minutes, while the damper is open.

You can use any of the fillings of the line FAMA Frutopia or any other praline of the line FAMA Cream Classic pralines to stick the two biscuits together in order to create a sandwich. Finally, you can dip the petit fours in any compound chocolate of the line FAMA Cream Classic.
