Pomegranate cake with cheese frosting
Ingredients
For the cake:
- 1000g Primo Pomegranate Cake (mixture for pomegranate cake)
- 280g Sunflower Oil FAMA Sunshine
- 460g of Water
For the cheese frosting:
- 250 g of Unsalted lactic butter 82% De Brandt
- 500g Sugar powder
- 400g of cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Vanilla syrup
Directions
For the cake:
Place all the ingredients in the mixer bin and beat them with the feather for 1 'at the slow speed until the dough is homogenized. Clean the bucket walls with a spatula and knock at medium speed for 4-5 '. Place the dough in a cloth and bake in a preheated oven at 160 - 170 oC for about 35-45 '(depending on your oven).
For the cheese frosting:
Place the Unsalted lactic butter 82% De Brandt in the mixer with the powdered sugar and whisk it. Next, pour cream cheese and vanilla and smoke well. Finally, put in a bag and serve.
Mounting:
Cut the baked pomegranate cake into 4 slices, fill with cheese frosting alternately and place it in the fridge.
