  • 100g Creme Brulee Top Chef
  • 500g Milk 3.5%
  • 500g Dairy cream Lowicz 36%

 

Directions

For the brownies

Put all the ingredients in the mixer, mix for 2-3 minutes at medium speed, serve in a pan of our choice at a thickness of about 2 cm and bake for 12-14 'at 180 ºC depending on the oven.

 

For the creme brulee

 

Dissolve Creme Brulee Top Chef into milk and Dairy cream Lowicz 36% and mix thoroughly. Place the mixture in the fire and boil it. Serve in molds or clay and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

 

Moulding

 

 

Cut brownies in a square piece and place the crème brulee on the top. Decorate around with whipped cream and place in the center caramel in gel or forest fruits in gel fruigel, fruits of your choice and dark chocolate Haya 60% Eurocao in sticks.
