Ingredients

For biscuits

 

  • 500g Primo Yoghurt Cookies (yoghurt cookies mix)
  • 500g Primo Honey Cookies (honey cookies mix)
  • 500g Primo Brownies (brownies mix)
  • 200g Margarine FAMA Soft P (in each of the options)
  • 20g Water (in each of the options)

 

For mousse

 

  • 100g Honey Mousse Top Chef
  • 100g Strawberry flavored Mousse Top Chef
  • 100g Chocolate flavored Mousse Top Chef
  • 112g Milk 3.5% fat (in each choice)

 

Filling ingredients for mousse

 

  • 50g Cocktail Cubes fruigel in Honey Mousse
  • 100g Whole Strawberry in gel fruigel in Strawberry flavored Mousse
  • 100g Cocoa Chips Eurocao in Chocolate flavored Mousse

 

For the decoration

 

  • 300g Cocoa Chips Eurocao
  • 300g Strawberry compound chocolate (melted)
  • 300g White compound chocolate Zafiro White Eurocao (melted)

 

 

Directions

Beat all the ingredients in the mixer with the wing for 1’ at slow speed and 3' at fast speed. Weigh 40g each, roll the balls and place them on a sheet of oil paste. Bake at 180 °C for 8'-9' with open tuber.

Beat the mousse for 1' at slow speed and for 2' at high speed till tight.

Add the corresponding fillings and fill with a pastry bag a cookie and close with a second from the top. Place in the refrigerator to cool well and decorate with the corresponding suggestions.
