Ingredients

  • 1000g Tiffany's Vanilla Cake (vanilla flavored cake mix)
  • 350g Choice Premium Oil (Ideal for use in confectionery)
  • 350g Water
  • 250g fruigel cocktails
  • 700g Florentine Mix (Mixture for florentines and cereal bars)
  • 1400g almonds

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the mixer bin and knock them with the feather for 1 minute at the slow speed until the dough is homogenized. Clean the bucket walls with a spatula and knock at medium speed for 4-5 minutes. Mix the almond fillet with Florentine Mix and fill with 40g individual silicone molds. Place 30g of cake dough in the molds and bake in a preheated air oven at 180 ° C for about 10-12 minutes (depending on your oven ).
