Ingredients

  • 1000g Primo Toffee Caramel Cake (Toffee Caramel Cake Mix)
  • 280g Oil FAMA Fritto
  • 460g Water

Directions

Place all the ingredients in the mixer bucket and beat with the wing for 1 minute, at slow speed, until the dough is homogenized. Then, clean the bucket walls with a spatula and beat at medium speed for 4-5 minutes. Finally, place the dough into molds and bake in preheated oven at 160 - 170 °C for about 35-45 minutes. 

 

Moulding

Cut cubes from the cake we have prepared and bake in the oven to lightly brown. Next, take the cake that we have baked in a sheet metal and cut it into slices, 15x10x2 cm in diameter. Next, place the caramel chocolate cover Crema Sacher Caramel Eurocao on the cake with a toothed pouch. Finally, we top the cake cubes and decorate with the same cover and white and black FAMA skagieta.
