Ingredients

 

  • 700g Florentine mix K
  • 300g chocolate compound drops cocoa chips FAMA
  • 300g dried cranberries
  • 300g sunflower seeds
  • 300g almond fillets
  • 300g whole almonds
  • 300g sesame
  • 300g oats 

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Fill in 2 30X40cm baking trays (or one 40X60cm) with a baking paper or a silicone mat. Press the mixture until flat and bake in a pre-heated hot air oven at 170-180°C for about 20 minutes and in rack oven at 200°C (high) and 170°C (low) for 20 minutes. Cool down for 1-2 minute and lay over a chopping board. Cut immediately into shapes.

(You can replace the dried nuts with other nuts e.g. hazelnuts, walnuts, chopped prunes, dried apricots, raisins, sultanas etc)
