Florentines
Ingredients
- 1kg Florentine mix K
- 1kg almond fillet (or sesame or pistachio fillet)
Directions
Mix the ingredients and place them on a silicone mat or baking paper over a baking tray. Bake in a pre-heated hot air oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes and in rack oven at 200°C (high) and 170°C (low) for 10-15 minutes. Cool down for 1 minute and lay over a chopping board. Cut immediately into shapes.
(You can also fill Florentine molds and keep the same procedure)
