Ingredients
- 250g Bechamela (béchamel mix)
- 750g cold water
- 500g yellow cheeses
- 500g cold cuts
Directions
Add the Bechamela F and the water to the mixer bowl and mix with the flat beater, until a homogeneous cream is formed. Add cheeses and cold cuts and incorporate them to the cream.
