Ingredients

 

  • 1kg Bechamela (béchamel mix)
  • 4kg cold water
  • 2kg Formagioro (yellow cheese mix)
  • 2kg yellow cheese

Directions

Add the Bechamela mixture and the water to the mixer bowl and beat with the flat beater until a homogeneous cream is formed. Add the Formagioro and the cheese to the cream and keep mixing until the filling is well-combined.
