Ingredients

For Cake

  • 1000g Primo Ginger Cake (ginger cake mix)
  • 460g Water
  • 280g Sunflower Oil FAMA Sunshine 

 

For Glaze

  • 885g Fondant powder Couplet
  • 115g Water (at about 60 °C)

 

Directions

For Glaze

Put the water in the mixer bucket first, then the Fondant powder Couplet and mix with the wings for 2 minutes at medium speed.

 

For Cake

Put all the ingredients in the mixer, stir for 2-3 minutes at medium speed and serve in forms of our choice.

Bake at 160 °C in a frying oven for 30-40 minutes depending on the oven.

 

Moulding

After it has cooled, take the cake we have baked and cover with Fondant powder Couplet.

Finally, decorate with orange slices fruigel , cinnamon sticks, blueberries and carnation clove.
