Lenten Pontian Kerkelia (biscuits)
Ingredients
Knead all the ingredients together for 2' at slow speed and 2-3' at fast speed.
Rest the dough for 40' covered with membrane.
Cut 25g or 50g each one, roll a wick and put it in the shape of a bun.
Place them in sheet-metal sheets, spread them with syrup with honey flavor fruigel and dip them into the Uldo Sunny Topping seeds.
Leave them in a warm place for 15' and finally bake them at 180 οC for 15' till they take a golden color.

For the dough
- 900g Pastry flour
- 120g Sugar
- 100g Syrup with honey flavor fruigel
- 180g FAMA Fritto Oil
- 40g Yeast
- 80g Concentrated orange zest fruigel
- Little salt
- 360g Water (lukewarm)
For the cover
- 50g Syrup with honey flavor fruigel
For the decor
- 200g Uldo Sunny Topping (Sesame Red and Common Seeds, Black Sesame for Bakery Decorations) or Sesame
