• 140g Liquid Wheat Sourdough ULDO from 5% to 10% on Flour
• 40g Yeast
• 30g Salt
• 40g Sunflower Sunshine FAMA
• 1300g Water (20-22οC)
Directions
Kneading time: 5 'at slow speed and 10' at fast speed.
Dough temperature: 24-26 οC.
