Pancakes with yoghurt mousse and cherry
Ingredients
For the pancakes
• 1000 g Pancakes mix Top Chef
• 1000 g Water
For the toghurt mousse
• 1000 g Yoghurt mousse Top Chef
• 2250 g Milk
Directions
For the pancakes
Put all the ingredients in the mixer with the wire (if the quantity is small, we can hit them by hand) and knock for 2 minutes at the fast speed until it becomes a uniform slurry.
Once we have preheated our pan, we add the size of 50 to 100 grams of chyle, with a big spoon and bake for about 1 minute on each side until it gets a nice reddish-brown color.
For the toghurt mousse
Put all the ingredients in the mixer with the wire and knock for 3-4 minutes until it is tight and served.
Moulding
We take the baked pancakes and place 4-5 pieces on top of each other. Place a large rosette of yoghurt mousse in the center, pour red cherry in fruigel and serve.
